Using VibeEcho & credits

VibeEcho is a public-profile analysis and writing tool for people aged 16 and over. Its software licence is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The information below explains version 2.0’s service and credit behavior.

Public evidence, limited conclusions

A brief uses up to 12 public posts and available public counters. It cannot access private reach, saves, conversions, follower growth or audience demographics. Recommendations are AI interpretations to test, not guaranteed outcomes. VibeEcho does not post or schedule on your behalf and is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta.

Credits

Your first completed profile brief is free once per service account. A later brief costs 3 credits; a draft or photo review costs 1; a comment review, profile comparison or video review costs 2. A 10-credit consumable pack is sold at the localized price displayed by Apple. There is no subscription, rewarded-ad flow or daily reset. Purchased credits do not expire.

The whole task price is shown before starting. The server saves the completed result and debit together. Failed or confirmed-cancelled tasks are not charged. If a connection is interrupted, check recovery before starting another task: a result that already completed may have been charged and will be recovered. Reopening, locally editing and sharing saved work costs nothing.

Recovery and refunds

Sign in with the same Apple-linked VibeEcho account to recover your wallet. Sandbox/TestFlight credits are separate from App Store credits and do not transfer into the production wallet. Server results are retained for 30 days; local edits and older work require your own exported copy. Earlier local credit balances remain backed up while verified purchase history is reconciled. Contact support if migration cannot be completed.

Apple handles payments and refund requests at Report a Problem. If Apple revokes a purchase, its unused credits are removed. Deleting your VibeEcho account removes its remaining credits and is not an App Store refund request. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Responsible use

Analyze only public content you have permission to use. Do not submit unlawful or confidential content, impersonate others, abuse the service or attempt to bypass authentication or credit controls. Public source availability, provider limits and media-link expiry can affect analyses. Keep an exported copy of important work and check AI output before publication.
